We hope all will be able to attend the End of Season Party at Emerald Park Pool!  5:30-8:00  June 1st…   Swimming, Tennis courts, Basketball courts – lots to do for everyone,   We will have Pizza, Snacks Etc….  Please bring $5.00 per player to help with the cost 

Directions: From Sams’ Club on Sunshine go East to Forrest Heights. Turn right on Forrest Heights and follow to 4 way stop. Go straight into Emerald Park subdivision. Continue on Forrest Heights to the round-about and fountain and you will see the pool on the right.

Pershing Boys Soccer Informational Meeting scheduled for boys entering 6th, 7th, and 8th grades Fall 2010. Parents and players are asked to attend the meeting.

Pershing  Play-Off  Game that was rained out last night has been rescheduled to TONIGHT, Thursday, May 20th at 6:00 pm on the field just south of the Lake Country Soccer Dome.  (We have not played here before)      Please be there at 5:30.        Thank you to all for your patience with the weather…we hope we get tonight in!     Go Generals!!!!

Congratulations to the Girls Varsity for their WIN against Ozark Monday night!  The final tally was 7-1,   Kasey Opfer had 4 goals, Kennedy Graves with 2 goals, and Kristin Knetzer had 1 goal  —  Way to go Team!      See the pictures from the game at SGFSOCCER.com

Next playoff game will be Wednesday at 7:30 against Nixa!    Go Generals!

Girls Varsity will begin play against Ozark!  6:00 pm at Cooper field 2  … 

Monday May 17th 6:00pm Cooper field 2, please be there at 5:30 ready to go!

Due to the scheduling conflicts, varsity game tonight has been cancelled.   Please have a great weekend and GET READY for next week and PLAYOFFS !!

All games for tonight, Monday May 10th, are cancelled.  They are rescheduled for Wednesday, May 12th, same time, same field.     PLEASE watch the website….listen to the announcements….take a look at the Lake Country Website for last minute updates with the weather forecast for the week.

Both Pershing JV teams played well in their games on Tuesday night. JV Red played Carver first. With the wind at their back Carver went ahead 2-0. Pershing came back and tied the game at 2-2. Carver then retaliated and scored thier final goal to win 3-2. Good game JV Red. You played well.

JV Black played next against Catholic. Again, with the wind at their back Catholic went up to a quick 3-0 lead. In the second half Pershing came back and scored 2 goals. We had many shots on goal, but the keeper for Catholic played a great game and held us to a 3-2 loss. Great game also Pershing Black. Keep up the good work Pershing JV.

Please note that Varsity will play Monday 5-3 and the following week , Monday 5-10 and Tuesday 5-11.
