Pershing Boys Varsity soccer team defeated Nixa 2-1 Monday night. Sean Perryman and Josh Call scored goals for the Generals. Nathan Lantz and Jack Johnson were credited with assists. Varsity plays Ozark Monday, September 12 at 7:30 pm.

LCS revised JV1 Red and Black schedules on August 25. Schedules can be accessed through the page links provided.

Coach Rogers would love to see you there. You get in free and might even get some Falcon fanwear.  Thank you.

Reminder: Pershing boys’ soccer practices are Wednesday at Lake Country East Fields 4:30-6:15 p.m. each week. This change has been on all correspondence dating back to the parent informational meeting in July. However, we will NOT hold Friday practices as previously discussed. Many of our kids already practice with their clubs twice a week. The first Varsity game is Monday, August  29 at 6 p.m. against Nixa. Players should report to the field no later than 5:40 p.m. Both JV1 teams will be in action Tuesday, August 30. JV1 Red plays at 6 p.m. JV1 Black at 7:30 p.m.

Please welcome Coach Parker Robbins. He will be helping coach the JV1 Black team.

Last call for Pershing fanwear. This will be the only time to order fanwear for the season. Please bring order and payment (made out to J&K Soccer) on Thursday, August 18. Thank you.

Last call for all player paperwork and registration fees. A few players still owe paperwork and the registration fee ($65). Please make checks payable to Lake Country Soccer. Players will not be allowed to practice with the team until all paperwork is submitted. Please see Daniel Hedrick at the next practice. Thank you.

The next practice is scheduled for Thursday at the Lily Tulip fields 5:30-7 p.m.

Due to increases in the number of players, the JV1 rosters were divided between JV1 Red and Black. The player rosters are posted. Both teams will play Tuesday nights at different times. Some players are asked to play on both teams. Please contact Daniel Hedrick if you have questions. Thank you.

The Pershing boys soccer team building/practice location for August 16, 18, and 23 will be at the Lily Tulip soccer fields 5:30-7 p.m. The fields are located off Glenstone, west of the downtown airport. Please take E. Bergman Street from Glenstone east of  N.
